Create your path to build a nourishing culture over time.

Curriculum Series

At Movement, we build relationships with individuals and organizations who also value justice, equity, and empowerment of marginalized folks to foster sustainable cultural change. Rather than offering one-time engagements, we work with clients to cultivate an ongoing practice through our curriculum series.

The curriculum series is set at a pace that enables participants to practice their new skills so they better retain the information - typically at a cadence of once per month. We offer packages of five engagements (roughly one semester) or ten engagements (roughly one academic year). Clients can select from our menu of options to construct a series that makes the most sense for them, including lectures, facilitated discussions, trainings, and empowerment workshops.

Our curriculum equips organizations and departments with a shared foundational language, tools for introspection, and an understanding of how systems impact their communities while also empowering leadership to make decisions that support everyone –– especially marginalized people.
